Things we are often asked
No. CMH takes on repairs and smaller works. If a roof genuinely needs stripping and re-covering from end to end, Craig will say so straight away rather than quote for something he does not take on.
In most cases yes. New and reclaimed slates and tiles are both available, and we match the profile and colour as closely as the roof allows.
Where the work needs it, yes. We arrange it and it is itemised in the quotation. Plenty of smaller repairs can be done safely off a ladder or tower.
